My only complaint is that the bed, especially the pillows, wasn’t great. My sleep was not particularly restful. Other than that, it was a great stay. Very clean hotel, staff was very friendly, courteous, and accommodating!

The receptionist Anne, is always pleasant, polite, friendly and professional. She makes everyone she encounters welcomed. I come into contact with other receptionist that are flat, dry and unwilling or unable to smile.

The staff are accommodating and flexible to my needs. They are also friendly and professional. The rooms are nice and comfortable. The rooms are clean and neat.

The booking was excellent. The staff was very friendly and personable. Everyone made the stay for my wife and I a wonderful experience. My thanks to everyone.
